Nurses and doctors very caring and polite shame about the very rude reception staff. They talk amongst themselves whilst you wait -clearly visible -need a lesson in manners. They are a real let down to the hospital!

Thank you for your feedback. We are very pleased to hear that you found the doctors and nurses to be polite. However we are disappointed that the reception staff were not and that you found them to be rude. This is not what we expect and we would really like to know where your experience took place, so that we can explore this further. We would like to invite you to email our PALS team at whh-tr.whitthealthpals@nhs.net and provide more specific information of the location where the staff were rude to you, so we can discuss this with the relevant managers. We do have customer care training for all staff and it may be that there are areas that would benefit from retraining and from your feedback. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.
