Having just visited for an mri scan after failing miserably at my first attempt. I had to try and thank the two male members of staff who could not have done anymore to try and settle me. First one of the guys talked to me at length about what to expect then i ended up in tears, he gave me plenty of time and tissues then he suugested he just put me in the scanner to see what it was like, then we gave it a go and i did it! He didnt fuss, make it seem trivial or try and pressure or rush me. Well done Northern General Hospital for employing excellent staff. I hope they get the praise they deserve, my appointment was 4.1.14 at 11.20 would appreciate the trust finding out who was on duty to pass on my thanks. Mrs R
