The hospital's administration systems were clear and efficient with all preparatory paperwork arriving and being processed in good time, despite them spanning the Xmas/New Year break. On arrival and throughout my stay the staff, from receptionist to theatre staff, were all friendly, helpful, professional and supportive. They made a superb impression and a large contribution to making my otherwise stressful situation easier. The hospital is warm, bright, quiet and comfortable. My room was well equipped and the service faultless. If you have to visit a hospital, this is a very good one. Highly recommended.
