Had to have a colonoscopy 3rd January and was very frightened/worried.The staff were so friendly and caring and explained all the details and expected me to be frightened.at the very least.The surgeon came to my bedside and talked me through it and reassured me on a few things.It was all done with dignity-not the most flattering of positions!!!!! Thank you so much, Endoscopy Dept. Christine Harland at Bletchley

It is always very much appreciated by staff when patients and their families take the time to give feedback on their experience and your comments will be shared with all staff involved.
