Anything else?
Following the advice given by the 111 service, I was told to take myself up to my local MIU. After consulting the website to see what is treatable at the MIU, walking in pain because I was unable to travel in a car, I was told at reception by the 'Nurse' that "I can't treat you here as it's only minor injuries and I'm not good with backs. Your better off going up to A&E". When I explained the problem I had and the inability to get in a car, I was again told to go to A&E and "good luck anyway". I would suggest either rectifying the website information or rectifying your customer service courses.
"Bad back and bad service"
