I had an appointment in the imaging department very recently. It was during the holiday period and I had rung a few days before to ask if it could be made earlier so had been in contact. I arrived to find it had been cancelled, along with appointments of several others, but no one was notified. We were invited to fill in a complaints form by staff who weren't particularly concerned about our inconvenience and the prolonged stress of those having diagnostic tests. Not what I expect from a foundation hospital with UCLH's reputation.
