I was a patient on Diamond ward at the Ellesmere Port hospital for the treatment of shingles. The standard of care I received, in terms of both medical and nursing care, was very good. I was most pleased with the fact that staff took the time to talk to you and to explain exactly what was going to happen with regards to the treatment.
