I was a patient in the Ophthalmology department at the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham in June of this year. The standard of care I received whilst there was very good indeed, as was the standard of cleanliness in the hospital. Information and decision making was shared with me appropriately and, at all times, I was treated with the utmost dignity and respect.
