"Physio - Waste of Time"

Was referred to for knee pain, treatment was total waste of time. One example of treatment was putting 2 plasters on my knees, being told that it wasn't really expected to help, and would both come off by that evening, waited another 3 weeks to be seen again. Another example, I was given a sheet with exercises on to do, all were crossed out except 1, and was told if that hurt to perform (which it did), do not perform, wait another 3 weeks for next appointment. Final straw came after I checked in, waited 3/4 of an hour past my appointment, was then noticed, called to the desk and told I'd missed my appointment, and as it was the 2nd I'd missed I was being discharged. Absolute shambles, and disgrace, I'm totally disgusted.
