The process of GP referral to Pilgrim was rapid and efficient. At every stage, seeing the consultant, preparing for surgery, pre op assessment and the final process of operation, it was without a hitch and indeed confidence boosting. I had my procedure yesterday and was so impressed with the care, consideration, efficiency and skills of all involved from the Porters, Nurses, Operating Room staff, Anaesthetist, Surgeon and Physio.
