I was taken to West Suffolk A & E by paramedic, I was feeling very unwell and unsteady on my feet. The staff greeted me and immediately reassured me, that I was in the best place and that they would do there best to discover what was going on with me, as my symptoms were sudden and distressing. The department was busy, but staff took time to constantly reassure and keep me informed of what was going on. What made the service excellent was the kindness of every member of staff, the Paramedic, the kind sister who greeted me in the department, the nurses and health care assistants. I am profoundly grateful for making a scary experience bearable. Thank you,
