"I was so embarrassed "

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as the patient),

I made an appointment to see a counsellor in Maghull.

When I arrived, I was kept waiting for 30 mins and when the counsellor came out of her room, she approached a man - assuming that he was there to see her. After 5 mins, she came back out with him and then called my name out.

I was so embarrassed that she was seemingly so insensitive to how a patient should be treated. I spoke to her for 5 mins, made an excuse about being late for something else and promptly left.

This was in Aug/Sept and no I didn't go back.

Yours,
