Last month, I was a patient in the Eye Clinic at the Queen's Medical Centre for the treatment if glaucoma. The standard of care which I received was very good - I was most impressed with the information given to me as regards my treatment.
The amount of time spent waiting was quite long, but it is understandable in such a busy clinic.
I would like to thank the telephonists in particular, as they are always most civil and very helpful.
