We would like to thank you for your feedback and are pleased to note that you had such a positive experience. This will be logged onto our database and reported to the unit so that they provide feed back to the staff of the unit so that they are aware. All of our patient’s comments are used as a tool to improve services as a direct result of our patient’s comments
