I attended the Plastic Surgery Clinic yesterday for a second-opinion following a recent ultrasound scan. I was very impressed by the whole experience; everyone (reception, nursing staff, the photographer and consultant was welcoming, friendly yet very professional. I was seen promptly (ahead of my actual appointment time) and was very satified with the outcome of my visit. My thanks to all.
