My mum fractured her foot, the time went quite quickly, triage, X-ray, dr, not too busy, shame doors are not electric as pushing a wheelchair was awkward , plenty of nice people to help though, when speaking to the receptionist you could hear everything people were saying, mum 83 now and got a bit flustered at times , everybody was very nice and friendly , given appointment for fracture clinic but not good time so told to ring and change it, all areas seemed clean , toilers near a and e always seems to smell to me , glad there are paper towels and not those silly air dryers, didn't use the car park as heard a lot about it so steered clear ,
