Thank you to all the staff on the ward for their compassionate approach during what has been a very difficult time for me.

Special thanks to Salma, my named nurse, and to Joanne, my care co-ordinator for all their input and help. It has been invaluable in helping me in my recovery from depression.

They have been excellent listeners and very genuinely caring. Thank you so much

Thank you for taking the time to write to tell us about your experience by staff on Hyndburn Ward at Pendleview. It is great to hear how the compassionate approach that staff took really helped you in your recovery through a difficult time in your life. It is really important that our staff hear what you valued most during care with us. The staff you have mentioned will be delighted to read such good feedback about how they were able to help you and we will make sure this gets passed back to them.
