What could be improved
Poor management of No Smoking Policy. Visitors, Patients and Staff flouting law by smoking on site and in some dangerous areas, ie Outside an oxygen storage unit ,in the Car park, covered areas. No one seems to take responsibility for implementing what is UK law and also protecting my health.
