"Operation to repair Dupuytrens contracture"

About: Wrightington Hospital

Anything else?

The operation was the 2nd one on the right hand.the first having been undertaken at another NHS hospital . This was not a success and my GP advised me that Wrightington had the best surgical team to deal with my condition. They actually called them 'World class". How right they were. Now three months after this 2nd operation my hand is back to normal and that is thanks to the skill of the surgical team . The staff at Wrightington were all first class.

Thank you for your feed back. I am please to read that your hand, as you describe, is back to normal. I am also very grateful to you for sharing your positive comments, which I will forward to the General Manager and Head of Nursing for Specialist Services. I am sure they will be pleased to cascade this information to the staff involved in your care. I wish you very well for the future.
