My husband took our 27 year old (sober) daughter to A&E on New Year's Eve after she had fallen and hit her head. They arrived at 01.15 and left at 01.45, having had excellent care on what is one of your busiest evenings. The staff were professional, skilled and friendly and we are extremely grateful for their care. Please will you thank them on our behalf.
