I was sent immediately to MAU by my GP because I had chest pains that needed to be investigated. The staff were kind very professional and made me feel comfortable even though I was worried that I was wasting their time! The signs suggested I might have to wait upto 6hrs but as it was early evening they got through bloods X-rays, ECG and examination in less than 4 hrs. Fortunately they were able to discharge me as I had some muscular problem and advised me not to lift anything heavy. I am still in discomfort but relieved to be home but felt my GP and Derby Royal served me well. My grateful thanks to all at Derby Royal hospital who helped me .
