My wife and I have had a private medical insurance which we have utilised on several occasions over many years and, as expected, always received excellent care. Recently I was referred to the Urgent Care Unit. I was in excruciating pain and unable to walk. To my surprise and delight I was greeted with very professional, courteous and prompt attention. Every effort was made throughout my diagnosis to keep me informed. In conclusion, my experience of the Urgent Care Unit was as good as any private treatment I have ever received.
