"No pain relief for my husband on the ward"

About: Manor Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as a relative),

having an awful experience on the ward. my husband was left for 12 hours with no effective pain relief after surgery. ... the nurses did not listen or act on what I was continually telling them and still are not... very disappointed and concerned
