Thank you for your kind comments I will certainly pass them on to the team.

The imaging staff pride themselves on providing the best service that they can at all times. Many of the staff have undergone simulation of having an MRI scan themselves as part of their training . This enables them to empathise with patients, to be able to accurately answer questions, relieve anxieties and tailor scans to meet individual’s needs where possible.

I am glad that we were able to support you in the positive way you described and once again thank you.
