What could be improved

There were times when it didnt seem like there was anyone in charge of what was going on in the ward. Some people were telling the patient to do one thing whilst others were saying that it had to be done differently.

There was also some blood on the floor by the side of the patients bed. This was there for two days...until I cleaned it up!

Communication between medical staff may help patients to have more confidence in what they are being told.
