Following a GP consultation with potentially serious symptoms, a referral in Neurology was arranged within 3 days. The consultants approach was outstanding. She was on time, always did what she said she would do, when she said she would do it and more. She carried out her own tests and arranged for tests in other departments such as bloods, X-ray and MRA scans on the spot. In the time it took me to walk from one department to another, the necessary paperwork had managed to arrive before me and everyone knew what they were doing and why. She phoned me personally a number of times to make various arrangements as did other medical staff at the QMC. The consultant and everyone at the QMC gave me outstanding service and were unfailingly cheerful, polite and helpful in all respects. I could not ask for better and I am vert grateful.
