My Wife was booked in to be induced due to health reason and I've never known such a poor level of service, if this was a paying business they would be bankrupt in no time, we were never kept informed and waited hours and hours and hours and hours to be seen. Lack of staff and no one seemed to care. We were just an inconvenience to them. Having a baby is a once in a lifetime experience.
