Today I had to use the walk in centre and couldn't be more happy with the service we received. The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, even calling us back to give us additional information on pharmacies that would be open on a Sunday afternoon. The nurse in the Walk In Centre was cheerful, knowledgeable and very reassuring, as were the two triage nurses that we saw initially. I came away feeling as though I'd been very well taken care of, reassured that I'd had a professional overview of my situation and knowing exactly what the probable causes and solutions to my problem are. Well done to all the staff there who probably see us all at our worst, but help us through it whilst doing their work in a professional and friendly way.
