My son was seen and treated at the urgent care centre today after cutting his head. All of the staff were efficient and the clinical team were excellent. My son was seen after a 20 minute wait and was treated by 2 nurses for his head injury and wound dressing. Both nurses were very efficient but still had time to talk to both of my children in a very friendly and relaxed manner putting them at ease. Having previously taken my son to A&E for a similar injury this was a much better experience and treatment outcome so is worth understanding which services to use for the right situation.
