My mother fell on Christmas morning and we took her straight to Newark minor injuries unit. She was seen within 5 minutes of arrival, sent straight for x ray, saw a doctor and her arm put in plaster. We left an hour later. The staff were excellent and kept us informed all of the time. This is how hospitals should be run. Well done to all the staff who did a fantastic job on Christmas day. Thank you.
