I wish to pay tribute to the superb assistance I received by all staff I encountered at both the MAU and the new Ambulatory Unit last Monday. The tests I required were arranged both seamlessly and swiftly and, at all times, I received clear information on the relevant findings and full explanations from the excellent doctor and consultant. I really feel that the care and attention I had was of the highest order throughout the experience

Dear Maxine, thank you for taking the time to share your experiences of our new Ambulatory Emergency Care Unit (AECU) and Medical Assessment Unit. We are particularly pleased to hear that you received such swift and attentive care in our AECU as this service is still relatively new and it is very reassuring to hear such positive comments from patients coming through the unit. We have passed your comments onto the teams you mention and thank you again for your kind remarks.
