I feel over the years the staff are less n appear dissatisfied with ther jobs.. I would even say some clearly don't want to be there at all. They talk down to you, patronising n even throw snearing remarks to clients and Doctors ... Every appointment I've been to, I have to ask for my test results which they then get off the computer ! The whole treatment n service is very poor and basic! No one is treated like an individual but more like a herd of cattle! I feel no point attending hospital appointments there at all as all results could easily get from your Gp or widwifes

Apologies that we have not met your expectations. We constantly strive to ensure that patients are spoken to in a clear, friendly & approachable manner and this seems not to have been the case. We will share your feedback with the clinical area.

We are doing a lot of work with staff around the behaviours and values we expect from all staff members. I hope when you next have contact with the hospital you have a more positive experience.
