Anything else?
My day surgery appointment was at 7.45 am but didn't go down to theatre til 12.35. Understandably priority patients take preference but frustratingly waiting 5 hours not allowed to drink water and having my op time changed 4 times, not really acceptable. On a positive note the staff in this unit are lovely.
