Girl on reception very helpful
the lady in x-ray department attitude even though i collapsed with the pain whilst being x-rayed
What could be improved
1 The way i was spoken to by the triage nurse and the fact that i went down to the floor in pain whilst she was doing the blood pressure etc she looked most put out
2 the way i was talked to on meeting the doctor on duty
3 the actual attitude of the nurse when i asked for more stronger pain medication after 3 hours of sitting waiting to be seen in pain she stood about a metre from me and i struggled and went on my knees with the pain to collect them from her she did not move to save me the effort
