"Compassionate care at A&E"

About: Barnsley Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

Mum needed help after she injured her hand when the car door was blown onto it in the storm yesterday.

She attended Barnsley A & E where she was treated with utmost respect by all the staff she met. Staff showed her compassion, courtesy & professionalism.

They assured her that she was not wasting their time & that attendance to A & E was the correct choice.

Mum was informed of everything that was happening to her and given instructions that she could understand.
