"Thoroughly looked after at Sheffield's university health service"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Cardiology University Health Service

(as the patient),

On Tuesday, I was driving and I had a blackout on a motorway slip road. It was very scary and i nearly had a car crash.

I went to see a doctor at the University of Sheffield's health centre and he was incredibly thorough. He checked my eyes, my brain activity, checked my blood pressure twice and recommended me for a series of blood tests. He was very calm and kind and as well as believing me, explained to me, in appropriate detail, exactly what he was doing. The blood test results came back the next day and he called me on my mobile to discuss the results and what to do next. He then referred me for an ECG at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital.

Dr Pai has been great - he's made me feel like i'm being thoroughly looked after and i've really appreciated all the time he has taken so far to make sure i'm ok.
