What I liked:

My wife was seen in the SIU on thursday and the doctor, srated he required an 'Endoscopy' carried out within the next week. My wife beeing an ex Cancer sufferer waited 6 days to no avail, I contacted the hospital to be told 'Her records could not be found'. As we lived within Europe for the last fifteen (15) and know their efficiency, I find this state of affairs totally UNACCEPTABLE.

In Europe we payed medical insurance as people in UK(NI)do, the difference is in Europe they employ buissnismen who can MAKE money to run the insurance(kranken geld) whereas in the UK we have people who can LOOSEmoney, there is a lesson to be learnt here!!! If I still had my Kranken Shine I would have my wife back in Germany before you could finish reading this comment.The NHS is the laughing stock of the European Union.WELL DONE.

What could be improved? Everything, and get rid of the IDIOTS who loose the NHS money.Follow Europes example and make money.. Your medical staff are beyond reproach, your admin staff require replacing with staff who are competent and rapid in their work at all times.
