Anything else?
After being seen in the ENT outpatient clinic by the consultant i was deeply appalled by standards of hygiene. The consultant coughed several times & not once covered his mouth or faced away from me. No wonder super bugs & viruses spread when medically trained staff are not following basic hygiene procedure
