What I liked
All of the staff were helpful and kind to my mother.
What could be improved
My mother has dementia and was in hospital because she'd had a stroke.When my 88year old, very confused, mother was discharged to her new care home her relatives were not informed and the care home was not told of her imminent arrival. The care home received very little information about her condition from the hospital.
