At 04:00 hours other other day I had an accident at home. My wife called the 999 ambulance service.
The first responder was calm and efficient and the ambulance crew that quickly followed were exceptional. Please pass on my sincere thanks.
I did think about writing to the CEO personally but I have chosen to use Patient Opinion because my commendations will be in the public domain.
