Anything else?
I was admitted for a gallbladder removal operation on December 19th. The anaesthetist and his assistant took all the time necessary to reassure me regarding the procedure. In addition, the surgeon was equally thorough in his explanations. It is two days later and I am feeling very well. I would like to thank all concerned with a particular thank you to the anaesthetist who I understand had to make some quick responses to an adverse situation. Finally, I would like to mention the nursing staff. While the doctors do the serious work it is the nursing staff who are the face of the NHS to the patient. They were very competent and extremely caring. This had such a positive impact on my experience as a patient. I would like to say thank you to all the who contributed to the smooth running. Thanks and regards, RL
