I was due to attend an appointment at 930 this morning. I received a call (at 830) telling me for the first time that the appointment has been moved to 830! Very frustrating as I was already on my way to the hospital and now I need to turn back and attend an appointment two weeks later. This also means I will have to pay an additional £75 charge through my private healthcare. Very unimpressed. Absolutely terrible, "can't be bothered" service. Not what I expect from a private organisation.
