What I liked
We liked the efficient manor in which my mother was treated in the Renal unit.
Sister McGowan was very helpful and all the staff were pleasant.
What could be improved
At visiting time it would be very good to know where the person we are visiting is located. Perhaps a greeter on duty or a chart on a notice board.
