"endoscopy appointment"

About: Castle Hill Hospital

Anything else?

I was so scared of this procedure but all of the staff were excellent at helping me settle down and making me feel at ease about the whole thing. Yes I did have to wait a while after my appointment time but this is a very busy hospital and to give personal care to each and every patient this sometimes take a little more time than expected which is most definitely worth the wait so even though I was there waiting a little longer than expected it was not a problem as I was treat with the upmost care and respect. They do not rush you or the procedure and that makes things so much easier and calmer. The staff gave the unit such a wonderful, calm, caring atmosphere and this review is being wrote by a very nervous person who is frightened of hospitals and medical procedures so I was very upset on arrival but was made to feel safe and secure in their hands. Everyone I met was very kind and thoughtful and I think everyone who I met that day and no doubt the people I didn't meet deserve a very big pat on the back for all the hard work they do. Thank you and ill no doubt be seeing you all again soon x
