My sister has recently passed away on Langham Ward, she was treated with the utmost care and consideration, and I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and dedication of all the staff on the ward. The fact that we were so satisfied and had no complaints made her passing easier for us to bear, Thank You Langham Ward.

It is always gratifying to read messages like yours and to know that the work of staff in the NHS is appreciated as I know it can be an effort to write at a time like this.
