"Good care for miscarriage"

About: Fairfield General Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I had an anembryonic pregnancy. I had some bleeding and was referred straight in to the hospital.

The Early Pregnancy unit scanned me straight away, found that the sac was empty. I was scanned each week and I miscarried naturally.

The sonographer had a second opinion and the staff were very caring. I never felt rushed, the only thing that upset me was the location of the waiting room but that has since moved. The staff were lovely.

Thank you.
