In January 2012 I underwent a small procedure at Barnsley General Hospital, which subsequently turned out to be very serious.
From March 2012, I made several complaints which have been on-going for nearly two years. I belatedly recently went on the PALS NHS website, just to see what this department is supposed to do, repeat supposed to do.
I have received nothing from them, except nonsense.
Go on the website, and look what service they are supposed to offer. Go to the Ombudsman within one year, PALS at Barnsley General will tell you nothing regarding time scales.
Indeed, in my case I received NO help whatsoever.
