About: Royal Stoke University Hospital / Neurology Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

The appointment with neurologist was almost on time. Neurologist was polite, but never explained the condition or how to manage it, or who to speak to about dystonia. Seems like I'll have to do my own research.

TRAQS team were great. Consultant could have offered a better service. I spent about 5 minutes with him. I came out of his surgery very frustrated and upset.

Im sorry that you feel that you did not receive the best service available at the time by the consultant, which has left you frustrated and upset. I would suggest that you make an apointment with your GP to discuss this further, if you remain dissatisfied.
