About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

- Appointment was arranged quickly

- Physiotherapist at Newport Cottage was friendly and professional. He explained everything clearly and got me referred to a neurologist, via my GP, in a timely manner.

- I was seen on time by the physio.
