"Doctor is understanding, efficient, caring and personable to speak to"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

Health care appointments have always been good (I moved from Yorkshire after 65 years to Shropshire).

My latest appointment at the Dermatology clinic, with Dr Orledge, have both been excellent. She is understanding, efficient, caring and personable to speak to.

She makes me feel comfortable, which is important to me, being an OAP!
